Analysis and Design of complex software systems

Starting with the first steps of the requirements analysis and feasibility study, we support our clients during each phase of the design and specification of a complex software system. Based on extensive methodological know-how and project experience, we drive the design process and produce detailed specifications. More often than not, the documents produced by our consultants serve as legal basis for a RFP (request for proposals) and subsequent outsourced development.
